Dealer 125, Zone 14, no dealer name or location, Country or Curlett Chevrolet

I received my shipping data and it has Dealer code: 125, Zone: 14 but under name and location it has:
No Data-begins with C
VA/MD/DC
So I search the database myself and get two hits:
Zone
Dealer Number
Dealer Name
14
125
COUNTRY CHEVROLET, INC.
14
125
CURLETT CHEVROLET COMPANY
Does this imply that one of the two went out of business and the other then took dealer number 125? If so, I checked and Country it is still in business so I would assume when I check Curlett will not be.
