I am anxious to learn some history on my 71 BB coupe. I have questions but unfortunately I have not been able to find and records or previous owners. The car was produced 3/22/1971. My car was originally purchased at Grody Chevrolet in West Hartford, CT., which is no longer in business. I bought the car in 2001 from a private owner, who had it for 1 year. the previous owner to him was a long time owner, also in CT., who passed away. I believe that owner was a Ct police officer. I do not remember either owners names. At the time I was just excited to get my car home and drive it! Now I want to find out the history. The car appears to have mostly original parts. I replaced the original seat covers a few yrs back. It appears to have the proper engine and drive train but I recently learned that the engine has a warranty replacement stamp number on it. I would very much like to know about that and any other history. If anyone knows anything about this car or any previous owners I would very much appreciated hearing from you. It is Steel Cites Gray/ Black, 4 speed, no air 454 coupe. thanks
