Having a hard time logging in . Most times it takes at least two times to get logged in , this time it took 5 times . Always very deliberate with my pass word to make sure its right .

Pay careful attention to your username as well. It is case sensitive, the spaces have to be in the right places, the membership number must be enclosed in parenthesis. More people have trouble with their username than their passwords.
Use a password manager such as LastPass free version to manage your passwords and log in for all of the password protected sites you visit. I user RoboForm which is not free but shares a lot of features with LastPass. Download.Cnet.com is a trusted source for programs you can download. Some are free, some are shareware and some are commercial. Programs are rated by Cnet Labs and by users.Administrator
