CAN ANYONE TELL ME THE APPLICATION FOR THIS KEY. THE BOX SAYS GM KEY BLANK 50# 3694624 Gr. 2.187 0103F2 THE BOX CONTAINS A SQUARE HEAD BRIGGS AND STRATON KEY WITHOUT A LETTER STAMP ON IT AND I DON'T KNOW IF ITS ORIGINAL TO THIS BOX OR NOT.

Geno - The P/N on the box is for the octagon head key, i.e small headed key, used up thru 1966. If there's a square head key in there and it has no letter designation that's very interesting. I didn't know B&S made such a key, but new things come up every day. BTW, STRATTEC, formerly Briggs & Stratton, still makes the small headed key for the 1966 and earlier keyway, but the logo on the key head is different. Anyway, it will be interesting to know what you have. Pete- Top
