Just a quick update on the Owner Information Center. Some people were being prompted to enter the VIN when they had already done so upon submission. There appears to have been a problem with the error-checking code that checks to make sure that a VIN was entered. I believe that I have fixed the problem.
If anyone continues to have a problem with this, please let me know.
