63 tool wells

I was reading a Paragon catalog and noticed they were advertising carpeting for inside the tool storage wells. They wrote "Black, as original". Nowhere can I see where carpeting was installed in these two areas, nor can I remember ever seeing them. Now, my question would be if this is incorrect, what kind of the deduct would you take as opposed to wells that have obvious repairs which would most certainly receive a deduct? Any opinions on which is the lesser of the two evils.
