54 Flywheel or Ring Gear

Does anyone know where I can get a new flywheel or ring gear for my 54 corvette.
The engine is a 235 cu in. six cylinder. I have tried the local parts houses and sources like Mary Jo Rohner without any luck. Thanks in advance for your help.

Try the local salvage yards(old time ones) looking for a 53 to
at least l961 chevy pass car with powerglide.My source for oldchevy parts, CHEVS OF THE FORTYS, doesn't list the Powerglide flywheel and the usally have near everything. good luck mike

1953 and 1954 (and 1955 6 cyl) Corvette flywheel is interchangable with any 1950 to 1954 Chevrolet passenger car AT flywheel. A salvage yard is your best bet.
