    C1 Power Top connector

In a 1959 Power Top car, there is a 6-prong male/female connector located next to the passenger side trunk hinge support, below the deck lid safety switch. Mine "appears" to have been changed because the wires were spliced and the plug I have now is a "flat" 6-prong male/female connector. I ordered a new harness from Lectric Limited and it came through with a round shaped 6-pronged plug, female black/male white. I know that I had to change other harnesses I have gotten from them because they had the wrong color plastic ends (so much for "correctness"). I look in the Nolan Adams Restorer book and it appears to be round in the diagram. Now FINALLY to my questions: Is the plug supposed to be round or flat, what are the "correct" colors of the plastic ends, and aren't they both supposed to be the same color? Thank you! John
