I have a wiper problem I get a solernoid click at the motor but no wipers. they were working when I stored the car last year I am going to do some troule shooting and could use some help befoe I start taking things apart.

You'll find a Jim Dandy troubleshooting chart in the Shop manual that gives you BOTH on-car and on-bench proceedures to fully fault isolate WSW motor and washer problems. For a '65, you should have the 1963 Corvette shop manual along with the 1965 supplement. The supplement addresses things that are different/changed from '63.
PS, one thing in the troubleshooting chart that's often overlooked is advice to doublecheck the torque on the cockpit/instrument cluster WSW switch. It forms a ground contact for the system that's vital and a loose switch can generate Jeckyl & Hyde 'funnies'....
