    '67 coupe windshield glass dating

Hello, my name is Steve and I am a brand new NCRS club member (applause!) I own a 1967 coupe L-71 and one of the few non original parts is the windshield. I have a chance (supposedly) to buy an NOS windshield for replacement, but I have a question about verification of the date coding.I own the NCRS judging manual for this car,and it gives a very good description of the glass markings. The only thing missing though is the exact location where the markings should be.I ask this because of two reasons: 1. If I am going to spend more than usual,I would like to be as sure as possible about it,and; 2. It is very important to me for a few reasons, such as possible future judging of the car, value for money, knowing in my heart it is authentic, etc. So my exact question is,I guess, can anyone help me with accurate info on where and how the date coding should appear, most specifically distance from the edge of the glass, etc.? Any info you might have is greatly appreciated. And thanx for reading/responding to me.I hope you have a great day!
