I'm trying to install Trim parts repro tail lights on my 67 and they wont fit because of the gasket. Are correct gaskets available? Or how can the ones that I have be made to fit? Thanks, Tom

Tom, I installed these same tailights in my 67 with the gaskets. I pushed on the taillight from the outside while starting the speed nuts. Tightened a little bit over time and after a while got them all the way in. They are too thick, but it can be done.

I installed a set a couple of months ago, with the gaskets that came on them, and had no problems; it helps to thread the nuts on and off the studs once before you install them so the nuts already have a place to "start".
