Whats a good method to refinish a set of wheels ( 1962) to NCRS Top Flight standards ? I was told they were dip painted, so I guess they are the same color/sheen on all sides. I'm also not too sure what's the exactly correct sheen for the black '62 (white wall tire equipped) wheels.
