A have couple of door panel questions:
In preparation of installing Al Knoch door panels on the '58, I was looking in the AIM Sect F, sheet 12.0. On the upper panel, forward end, it appears to show a cutaway indicating a screw in the lower panel's upper edge that is covered by the upper panel. Is that what I'm seeing and what size screw is the 161874 called out?
What type washers are underneath the two trim screws that go through the end of the upper panel, rear jam side? Are they standard trim screw washers or the intregel/lower door panel type?
On the upper panel, the forward tab attaches in the jam area with a screw, and I assume it is overlayed by the weather seal. Is the vinyl covering on the tab removed or does the rubber seal go right over the vinyl?
Lastly, the AIM does not appear to show any sort of sliding seal or covering for the door knob lever opening in the inner door skin. Was this a 1958 built-in draft. Thanks
