I am in the process of rebuilding the rear suspension and noticed that the radius rod frame bracket holes are egg shaped from the previous drag racing owner. The original radius rods were replaced with a piece of square stock measuring 21"x2"x1" and they weigh about 25# each. I have new brackets to weld on and the original rods but I am curious as to how exact these brackets need to be. Also, what should I use as the best reference points to align the new brackets. I want to be as exact as possible before cutting the old ones off. Thanks. Gary
