    Geoffrey------

Sorry to hear of Dick's passing. However, if he was the person responsible for what we know today as Trim Parts, then he definitely left a legacy of uncompromising quality. In my opinion, Trim Parts produces some of the absolute finest reproduction parts on the market today. If there is any "problem" with their parts, at all, it's that they are often of BETTER quality than the factory originals.

I had the pleasure of meeting Dick when he was just starting out. He was a former GM manufacturing engineer with a background in the trim parts area. He just wanted to do it better...and he did.

Geoffrey, I always wondered what the CMD logo meant, since it apparently didn't align in any way with Trim Parts. Hopefully, Dick built a strong management and technical team that will maintain Trim Parts innovation, high quality, and business success. Dick is among other highly gifted individuals that left GM to do something better, and became highly successful entrepreneurs in the process.

I never knew Mr Miller.... but GC never "pulls any punches" about anything!! I have bought parts from "Trim Parts" and they were second to none. Just like GC's parts.............Something to think about.

As Geofrey did, I had the pleasure of dealing with Dick Miller for several years. A gentleman, astute businessman, and friend. The quality of his reproductions was second to none.
