I am in need of the GM part number for the pop-up trunk spring rubber bumper for a 1961.

Check Noland's book,there was a complete chapter on the pop-up spring. I cannot remember if the GM #'s were listed.

As far as I can tell, the bumper was never available as a seperate item. It was supplied as part of spring assembly GM #3797823. That part was discontinued in February, 1969 and I don't think that it's reproduced.
