I am installing my lower control arms and it does not seem right.
I am following the manual and keeping the control arm evenly centered on the shaft. However when I torque to 85 ft lbs I am really squeezing the arm together. The bushings are digging into the control arm.
What am I doing wrong? Are the bushings supposed to bottom out on the lower shaft ends?
