C1 - Oil Pressure Line Routing

I'm in the process of installing a new oil pressure line on my '59. I'm curious as to the original routing and configuration. Was it coiled or did it run straight? How high did it rise up before turning? What was the general appearance of the routing? I've never seen any reference to this detail.
    Thanks,
    Brad

    Brad...

Here is what I have on your oil pressure line, Repro-lines are larger Dia. than the original tinned steel lines. A 1 1/2 inch loop (coil) is formed in the line before entering the firewall. Original commpression nuts were 5/16 hex, repro's are 3/8 and require being cut to size for judging.
