66 Chassis Bolt Cross - Reference

I'm making good progress in reassembling the chassis components on my 66 convertible frame, thanks to the help of good inventorying, the AIM and Tripoli's book.

But every once in awhile, I run across a situation where the original assembly was in such bad shape, that the bolts were sheered off during disassembly or the boltheads were corroded beyond recognition.

So here's my question: Is there a document out there there that cross-references the bolt numbers in the AIM with a size and picture? Short of that, what bolts hold the spare tire tub lock bracket to the frame?

To my knowledge, there is no cross-reference between AIM part numbers and pictures and descriptions of bolts. In addition, one would have to remember that the General purchased the same bolt from multiple sources and therefore the head mark would be different.

As for your question, the two bolts that hold the lock bracket to the frame on my original '65 are recessed head WB. Don't know whether they would be the same on your '66, but it a safe bet.
