Carpet question Convertible's only C2 and C3:
Have searched through the AIM and can't find anything on how the rear bulkhead
carpet ends are laid out and cut. Anyone with an original car and carpet that can post a digital picture of the correct layout and cuts of the carpet around the rear deck spring housings. I am looking to see also if the midyears and late models (68 - 74)convertible capret folds and cuts were done the same way.
Inner Door Panel question C3's:
I'm looking for the correct type of door panel screws that were used at the upper front and upper rear of 70's and 71's, these two screws went right through the door panels. The judging manual calls for a chrome, cross recess, oval head screw. In 70 seperate finishing washers are behind these screws, (it doesn't mention 71) but goes on to say, in 72 the finishing washer became part of the head of the screw. I'm not sure if it's flat or not. Anyone knowing that they have the original type of screws still in their door panels, I'd appreciate a picture of them or a better description of the washer with thickness and size.
Thank you for your time.
