Has anyone had any experience with the C3 Vette Registry? Is it worth the membership cost? My interest is primarily in finding parts for my 1974 convertible rather than technical advise which I can easily get from my fellow NCRS members. Thanks,Bill NCRS# 39624

Re: C3 Vette Registry
Bill:
I received a free year long preview of the forum. I often viewed it, but didn't post a lot or get good feedback. Since a year has expired, I haven't coughed up the membership fee, although I occasionally peruse it to see what's new in the subject areas allowed as a non renewing member (visitor).
Tough call.
I view and post on the Corvette Forum and Corvette Action Center under the C3 sections much more often.- Top

Re: C3 Vette Registry
Bill:
It's like anything else. You don't have to pay to view it. If you do pay, you get some additional benefits. I've paid and I've found some good advice as well as good leads to parts/services I was looking for. I've posted the same questions on this site and ther and have received very good replies from both places. It's a new group trying to get established. They had some initial problems. but I think they are working them out. In my opinion it's worth a year's membership (about the cost of a magazine subscription or two) but you can get online any time and check it out without waiting another month for something new.
