    C-1 Seat Separator Door Screws

Question regarding the JG for 1961-1962 and the screws to secure the seat separator door. The description describes the type of 4 of the 6 screws. Top to both on the mounting hinge are 2 clutch head then two phillips. Are the other two clutch heads? That would make the configuration 2 clutch heads un-painted; then 2 phillips painted; and then 2 more un-painted clutch heads.

From My Notes looking at Original `61 - `62s I have:-
    Page-11, #16,

    Paragraph 3:-
"The seat separator lid is attached with, from top to bottom, two (2) Philips, two (2) Clutch-head, then two (2) Philips screws. All screws are Pan head."

The two clutch head screws are painted since they held the door to the hinge and were painted when the door was painted. The upper and lower screws hold the trim on, and were installed after paint. Thr two upper nd lower screws were phillips.

        Gary & John,

Thank you, after reading the version #5 61-62 JG for the 3rd time, I understand the configuration. My correction was simply replacing my extra phillips screws with clutch heads. Thanks again.
