Distributor springs & weights

Does anyone have a source for a variety of distributor springs and weights? I've found some kits that have two weights and 3 springs (heavy, medium, light), but that sounds pretty limited for trying to match a curve. (327, LT-1 cam, distributor tag is 1112050, trying to match 111069 curve per advice from this board)

make sure the weights you use

are hardened because a lot of aftermarket one are not hardened and will cause wear to the cam on the center post in the distrbutor. this can be checked with a file

Once-upon-a-time, GM manufactured and sold all of the springs and weights used on mechanical advance distributors. This included a fair number of different weights and a PLETHORA of springs. They currently offer NONE. I don't know of any aftermarket source that offers the wide array of springs and weights that were originally used. You might try contacting Dave Fiedler at TI Specialties. Dave services Corvette and other distributors and if anyone knows of a source, I would think that it would be him. Let us all know what you find out. Inquiring minds want to know.

I called Dave. He said that he does not have a source and has to depend on his "stash" accumulated over the years. If I stumble on to something, I'll let you know.
