Corvette Central lists a horn kit in their catalog 1D. I have heard that it was discontinued but they still list it. 800 345 4122

I do not think that at this time, that there is anybody making diaphrams.
The repro diaphrams truly did suck anyway, so it was no big loss. The repro ones did not have the holes punched in the right place, and you had to work them over with a grinder to get clearance for the rivets. The metal in the diaphram was too thick, which gave the horn really poor sound quality.
Your best bet right now, is to cut apart some donor horns to get the original diaphrams out of them. All GM horns of the period, used exactly the same diaphram and trumpet section.
