front springs 3851100 what application pls

hello all, I just came across some front springs (gentleman had lots of parts) tag number was 3851100. What is the application for these?

Also, 1965 big block, for better or for worse. I think that the 3851100 was used for L1964-67 small block with or without C-60. I don't think that there was a L64-67 small block spring particularly applicable to C-60-equipped cars. However, there was a small block with C-60 spring for 1963 and early 1964. That spring was GM #3833319.
