I have a 72 LT-1 with AC and I finally found a correct date coded alternator (# 1100544) from Ken Bruno. He's going to rebuilt it but I have a couple of questions about the pulley:
1. The CTIM&JG says that most LT-1s with air used a stamped steel pulley but a few came with a machined pulley. Is one more correct than the other? He can put either one on.
2. What diameter should the pulley be?
3. Is the correct pulley a deep groove pulley?
