    427 water pump pulley reinforcement spacer

    Hi
    I need some help.
    I have a 1966 427 390 with power steering and power brakes no AC. The judging guide said to use a water pump pulley reinforcement spacer. Long Island Corvettes catalog said to use spacer on 1966-67 427 with AC. Paragons catalog said 1965-67 396 and 427 not used with power steering. So my question is which is correct.
