Engine Block

My machine shop man has a 327 block with the following numbers that came out of what was suppose to have been a original 62 Corvette.

Casting 3782870 (2 bolt mains)
PAD stamp TO4IISA
Date code D62

I could not find the SA Suffix for a 62 Corvette in my Literature.

Any assistance out there?

Your right and the carb. orginally on the engine was a Rochester instead of a Carter.
