1966 ECL code for g81 3:08 rear

I have a March 66 L72 roadster. Is it possible for it to have come with a 3:08 rear?

Yes there were 2385 3:08 rear ends.

While looking through Nolan Adams book, restoration volume 2 earlier today I was in the 1966 section; and while I don't have a very good understanding of ECL codes, it seemed to me that there was no ECL code for L72 with 3:08..

I Just looked in the Corvette BB: There were 24,056 G81... quanity included: 2385 308:1 ratio. 8538 336:1 ratio, 3119 355:1 ratio, 6617 370:1 ratio 3310 411:1 ratio and 91 456:1 ratio

You asked if it was possible:

It maybe unlikely that some one would order a L-72 with 308:1 or may not even be possible, but I was quoting the numbers produced, Noland Adams facts maybe absolutly correct, but I do not think NCRS judge the differential because of all of the varibles.

A 3.08:1 rear gear was not a regular production option for a 1966 L-72.
