I had a NOS set of complete headlight assemblies last week. Three lamps were very good AND held up to a 2 minute activation while the fourth almost immediately went dim. These were the ones with the "GUIDE" above the triangle. I don't know if that's correct for your car. I sold the lamps and kept the buckets, cups, and rings for my car. If it helps any I was offered, and accepted, $150 for the lamps. I don't know who got the best deal but all I wanted was the hardware and he wanted the lamps for his '62 Impala.
