C2 1966 dash capacitors

I have a 66 427/425 conv.since 1991. Buying parts ever since.

Thanks for all your help on the easy way to install my instrument cluster. It worked out woderful.

Capacitors. I have two that I do not know where to hook them up at. Both have flat copper slides.

One is located on the clutch side of the pedal frame. Where does it attach to?

The other is on the left side of the cluster behind the battery guage where does it go?

I have a new wire harness so it will be easy to identify proper color wires if they are combined like I think they are. I just don't know where they go to.

Joe -

The copper flags on the leads from the capacitor on the outboard side of the pedal support get "sandwiched" into the two terminals where the harness leads connect to the brake light switch spades.

The other one has one copper flag, and it goes into the connection on the outboard terminal on the battery gauge (the one closest to the door).
