    '72 starter bolts

I just got a correct rebuilt starter for my '72 LT-1. My old "incorrect" starter had two bolt holes. My new one has three. Some of the bolt kits that I've seen only include two bolts -Zip & Doc Rebuild. Are two bolts all I need?

      Tony-----

All original 63-82 Corvette starters used only TWO bolts to secure them to the block. Depending upon application, different length bolts were used, though. I've never seen an original 63-82 Corvette starter nose that had more than 2 holes for bolts.
