    64' T-arm Finish

    What is the correct finish colour and gloss level of the drum backing plate and trailing arm assembly for a 64?

      The drum brake backing plates were a glossy black finish. However, I would not call it a FULL gloss. Just slightly short of full gloss (but glossier than most semi-gloss paints).

      The trailing arms were semi-gloss. Not as glossy as later SERVICE replacement arms are often seen, though.
