Our Chapter (Heart of Ohio - Columbus) is restoring a 1957 Corvette and looking for a good shop to do the rechroming work. Can anyone recommend one to us. We can ship the parts anywhere but would prefer to stick to the Midwest to keep UPS charges reasonable.

NorthStar Chrome out of Minn./St.Paul. On line as one word or 800-328-1845. Ask for Steve or Tim. Tell them Steve from Holmen, WI. with the 68 442 rear bumper sent ya, they'll remember that. Its a very hard bumper to get right. They do outstanding triple plating and stand behind their work.

you have one of the best on the east coast(Paul's chrome Plating, in Evans city, pa) not too far from you. his # is 800 245 8679. been using them for better than 30 years. mike
