Hi Alan what story are you thinking of? The case of these wheels is like the JFK conspiracy. Nobody knows for sure we know he was shot we all seen it.We know the two bars were made in 62 and a lot of them are still around. We all seen them on cars and in photos or on GM film at the test center some cars have paper work that said the wheels came on the car. We heard from orig owners and guys at the dealer ships I guess we need to find that guy on the grassie knoll or when the right person wants two bar kos for his car it will be accepted.
