Judging question: 67 tire lock

Here's a question for those that have been through C2 judging. Regarding my tire lock, should I have it locked on the spare tire carrier, or as a convenience to the judges, should it already be removed and available for easy inspection? (I'm having my car judged for the first time next week at the Albequerque judging event).

Tony, usually the judges will ask you to drop your spare for judging. You can save time by having this done before the team gets there. Just leave the lock with the tire. Same goes for removing air cleaner and top ignition shield. Just put these items in a safe place where they will not get stepped on

Just ask them at the owners meeting before the judging how they want it. Both times I went through it, everything winds up in back of the car, spare tire and jack included. Maybe bring a tarp along, just in case.
