No, all 1971 Corvettes had the fuel vapor return line on the driver side inasmuch as all 1971 LT-1 had the evaporative emissions control system (EEC) as part of the overall emissions control package.

However, 1971 LT-1's do not have the passenger side fuel return line; they have only the feed line. For 1971, the LT-1 was the ONLY Corvette that did not have the passenger side fuel return line. ALL other 1971 Corvettes had the line, including LS-6. 1971 LS-6 was the only Holley-equipped Corvette that EVER used a fuel return line.
