    63 seat belt install problem.

Just removing the incorrect belts in my 63 coupe in anticipation of the arrival of my new correct belts. Should be a 5 minute job. Wrong. Seems that when a past owner installed the wrong belts, the welded nut on the back side of the belt mount came loose. He just decided to leave it that way. It is the driver's side outboard bolt. It is in a nearly impossible area to access. I did manage to put a wedge in there and was able to remove the bolt, but installing the new one will be a challenge. Anyone else ever had this happen, and what was the remedy. I know i can get a nut on it, but it will be a bear. Thanks in advance.
