    C2-GF-416 fuel filter

Can any one tell me if there were a first and second generation of this fuel filter, and the only difference is the overall length. If there was are they both original or is one repro. Thanks.

Rob, there was a very good thread recently on GF 416's. Do a search in the archives and I think that you will find out every thing you wanted to know about the filter, and probably a few things that you did not want to know.

      Archives 21 Dec, under "real GF-416 ?"

and the short answer is that the real one is 3/4" longer (at 4_3/4", end of fitting-to-end-of-fitting) than the GF-90 "recreations"
