Any suggestion as to the best paint to use on the retaining ring for a 1967 center cap? It seems that the original paint was a low gloss black with a very thick consistency(possibly to aid in retaining the cap to the wheel and prevent it from spinning when mounted). Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,Kieran #11373.
