NCRS announces special prizes for best dressed at the New England Clambake.
The theme of the evening is a 50's or 60's High School Sock Hop…come dressed accordingly and win a Legend Corvette Leather Jacket, supplied by our friends at Mid-America, one lady's and one man's. Dress is casual, dinner will be served on the outdoor patio, and after dinner, we will go inside for the dance.
NCRS announces special live auction items at the New England Clambake.
We will have two very special charity auction items during the Fabulous Hubcaps intermission:
(1) A special behind the scenes, off hours, tour of the Bowling Green Corvette Assembly Plant, guided by our good friend, Tom Hill (because this tour is after hours, you will be able to go to areas of the plant never seen on the daytime tours…even set up your tour so that you will see your 2008 Corvette on the line).
(2)A complete set of all NCRS publications, including a complete set of Corvette Restorers, from Volume 1, Number 1 through the latest issue, and a complete set of Driveline magazines, again beginning with Number 1, and a complete set of early Restorer inserts (these are the loose sheets that were inserted in the Restorer in the days before the Driveline).
Both successful bidders will make their check out directly to our chosen charity.
