Bowtie Historical Data

I was wondering if there is data available on Bowtie Awards that have been awarded throughout the years. I am not asking to see the individual award winners nor the serial numbers of each car rather some form of count. I would like to know simply how many 1965 corvettes have achieved Bowtie and a breakout of how many big block versus small blocks. Since Bowtie judging can only occur once per car there should be very clear information. I tried to look at the old Restorers that listed past winners but have limited issues to gather information from. As a long term member I am asking for some information --Can I get it???

The reason I am interested is because I want to attempt my car at Bowtie judging next year and would like to know how many others have passed the challenge.

I agree with your thought. I've asked our region director and VP, Mark Lincoln, to update the numbers on the Awards section on our webpage. Right now it has some numbers on Duntov awards, Bowtie awards etc. but they are 5 or 6 years old. Hopefully Roy will release the information in summary form to the membership.
