I posted on Oct 29th; followed everyone's suggestions;first disconnected a/c belt,ran engine,vibration still existed;disconnected alternator belt,vibration disappeared;was it the alternator,water pump or fan? I took the fan off,hooked-up the alternator belt,ran the car,no vibration;I did notice slight play in the fan clutch shaft,before I disconnected it, when I tried to move the fan blades forward and aft; I'll be replacing the fan clutch after I check to see if fan blades are still true;thanks for the ideas.
