I have a 63 coupe. I have just installed new flex moulding in the upper and rear of door (snaps into upper and rear of door has felt on inside). I am trying to install the outer seal on lower inside of door. This seal has a rubber wipe for the glass. The problem I have is how is the stainless steel rib of the outer seal that provides finished trim against the outer door skin suppose to attach to the stainless steel trim of the flex molding. Does anyone have a picture that they could email to me of the pair installed on their door . The flex moldings I have are prebent with clips and medal re-inforcements. It looks like once I figure how to attach these two items the medal re-inforcement will have to be gluded to the door. The medal re-inforcement studs do not lign up with the holes for same in door.
