Clem and everyone else that responded, thanks for helping me through my lack of oil to the top of the heads problem. I could not get it to prime even after rotating the engine 1/4 turn at a time.
I oiled the rocker arms, fired it up, and hoped for the best. I am getting oil to the top of both heads.
