    '56 Wheelcovers

    Are there any identifiable markings on the backs of original '56 wheelcovers such as a part number, etc?

      Steve,
      Not on the stainless steel part (except where I stamped my initials behind the spinner ;-) ! I'm pretty sure the cast spinner has a part number cast into it. Regards

              Steve, If you are asking how to tell an original from a repro, That is a little hard to put in words. If you ever get a chance to see both side by side, you will allways be able to spot the repro caps. The war the caps are formed especially at the edge is very different. John
