I have bought an original Delco AM/FM CB Radio for my 1978 Vette. I am having trouble determining the location the CB Mic is to be mounted, the type of clip used to mount it and how the clip was affixed to the console or dash. I would like this to appear all original. Also, in the 1978 owners manual it indicates that if the car was equipped with the CB radio, a seperate operator's manual for the CB radio was included. Does anyone know where to find one of these manuals or a reprint?
CB mic mounted to console above shift quadrant via "Hook & Loop" (Velcro). Go to a 1978 Assembly Manual (Chev. called it the PDM... Product Description Manual); the radio instruction sheets can be found in Section "B".
