What a great resource the NCRS is for the Corvette hobby.
My 67 is 99% back together after being repainted. One minor problem, the courtesy lights would not turn off. So, I removed the bulbs and figured I would try to adjust the switches or look for the broken ground when I was bored. Along comes the Fall issue of the Restorer and low and behold, Jack Humphrey writes a tech article on door jamb switches. It took about 40 minutes to remove, clean, and reset the MB "smart switches" and then, reinstall them, reinstall the bulbs and close the doors. Voila, the lights were off, open the doors, on, close the doors, off. Problem solved. And, they look good too! Thank you, Jack Humphrey!
