    Dan, Looks really nice.

That driver side flap near the sill step is EXACTLY the same problem I had with those '59 ACC Carpets from 5 years ago.

In one case, I sent them back with my old carpet set and they fixed it. This was on my own '59. I found my records from 2009.

The second case had the same problem but the set went in a hotrod '59 dragster so it had to be cut up anyways.

The third case, shame on me, I had the EXACT same problem on a '59 body off restoration, and I fixed it myself. I had to remove sttiches, cut the excess, then restitch it.

I never bought another ACC C1 carpet set ever again.

Here are a group of photos showing the problems from my '59. As you can see the still step area was too long.

Well Rich, that explains it. I bought this over 5 years ago, so I own it. I will try and fix it. Interesting you removed the stitches and re-did it. Don't know if I am that clever, but it looks like I am going to have to at least try.

Your heal pad is also red. So I guess either this is correct, or all of them are wrong.

As you can see I finally got pics to load.
