Rivet orientation on accelerator plate

On the accelerator nut plate, which is riveted to the passenger side of the firewall, which side of the firewall has the rivet heads? Pretty safe assumption that the other side has the peened over end. If this is crazy anal.....please be gentle.

I've always found that the large head of the rivet goes against the fiberglass and the other end is peened over against the metal part that is being secured.
